I specialize in vinyasa yoga which means combining a series of poses and postures together so that you move through each sequence organically through breath.

With disciplined practice, I take a raw unedited approach to yoga. I’m not in it to chase bliss, or feel the good vibes coming in. The practice of yoga originated by warriors, quickly became the practice of accepting that we’re not immune to suffering, but given the right tools, we can avoid unnecessary suffering and be prepared mentally and physically for what comes our way.

Through systematic practice we gain stability of body and mind; we strengthen our power of will and determination.
